Knight Frank, a global real estate consultancy firm, has recently announced the appointment of Vivian Liao as head of global portfolio solutions for Asia Pacific (APAC). In her new role, Liao will spearhead Knight Frank’s global portfolio solutions service across the region, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions that improve portfolio performance and support corporate clients in achieving their long-term real estate goals.
According to a press release by the firm, Liao’s appointment is a reflection of Knight Frank’s commitment to building a strong team and providing comprehensive solutions for clients with complex real estate needs in APAC. Tim Armstrong, Knight Frank’s global head of occupier strategy and solutions, says that Liao’s extensive experience and expertise will be invaluable in helping the firm achieve this goal.
Liao joins Knight Frank from CBRE, where she served as the director of transaction management and account lead for APAC and Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She had been with CBRE since the end of 2022. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at JLL, where she held various positions.
This appointment comes at a time when Knight Frank is seeking to strengthen its presence in APAC. With Liao at the helm of its global portfolio solutions service, the firm is poised to offer even more comprehensive and bespoke solutions to its corporate clients in the region.
