Hilton And Ytl Hotels Sign Multiple Property Agreements Strengthening Their Partnership Asia Pacific

The Master Plan by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is a crucial component in shaping the development of Singapore. With that said, Miltonia Close EC is expected to reap significant benefits from the North Region’s vision and infrastructure enhancements. Strategically positioned in Yishun, near the Seletar Reservoir and Khatib MRT, this upcoming executive condominium is poised to benefit from the existing and future developments outlined in this long-term plan.

Hilton and YTL Hotels, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s YTL Corp Bhd, have recently signed multiple property agreements to bring the luxury LXR Hotels & Resorts brand to Thailand and the Tapestry Collection by Hilton to Japan.

Under this partnership, Hilton will add the Rawai Phuket and Kasara Niseko Village to its LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio, while the Green Leaf Niseko Village and Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join the Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Curio Collection by Hilton, respectively.

All three Japanese properties, situated at the base of Mount Annupuri within the Niseko Village Ski Resort, are expected to open by the end of the year. These conversions from existing hospitality assets, such as the eight-villa Kasara Niseko Village Townhouse and the 200-room Green Leaf Niseko Village hotel, will offer luxury travellers easy access to Niseko’s renowned ski slopes.

In addition, the upcoming 275-room Rawai Phuket, located on the southernmost tip of Phuket, will feature a private beachfront and access to nearby islands. This new hotel will further enhance Hilton’s presence in Thailand and attract luxury travellers to Phuket.

These additions will bring the LXR Hotels & Resorts portfolio to nearly 20 properties worldwide and showcase the brand’s focus on adventure, personalised experiences, and luxury accommodations.

The Green Leaf Niseko Village will become part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which boasts over 170 hotels worldwide that highlight local cuisine and vibrant design. Similarly, Hinode Hills Niseko Village will join the Curio Collection by Hilton, a portfolio of 180 properties known for their unique and upscale architecture.

Dato’ Mark Yeo Seok Kah, executive director of YTL Hotels, expressed excitement for the potential these hotels will bring to their respective destinations, offering new options for visitors and raising the bar for hospitality experiences.

Overall, this partnership between Hilton and YTL Hotels aims to deliver an elevated and distinctive stay for guests through their luxury brands, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, and Curio Collection by Hilton.
