Skye Holland Draws Over 8000 Visitors Three Days Setting Holland Village Abuzz
Over the course of three days, from the VIP preview on September 26th at 4 pm to 5 pm on September 28th, the sales gallery at Skye at Holland saw an impressive number of over 8,000 visitors. This comes as no surprise, as the 666-unit development is the first major private residential launch in the heart of Holland Village since 2019.

Two-bedroom units, ranging from 581 to 743 sq ft, make up 56% of the development with 370 units available. Prices for these units start from $1.51 million ($2,598 psf). Three-bedroom units, ranging from 915 to 1,076 sq ft, make up 22% of the development with 148 units available, starting from $2.4 million ($2,623 psf). Together, these two and three-bedroom units make up around 78% of the entire project.
For those looking for larger living spaces, there are 111 four-bedroom units (16.7%), with standard layouts of 1,238 sq ft, starting from $3.34 million ($2,698 psf). There are also premium four-bedroom units that come with private lifts, measuring 1,464 sq ft.
The remaining 37 units are five-bedroom premium units, each covering an area of 1,765 sq ft and with private lift access.
