Executive Centre Opens Two New Centres Tokyo

TEC, a flexible workspace provider based in Hong Kong, has recently expanded its presence in Japan by opening new locations in Tokyo. This announcement was made on June 24, when the company revealed the opening of its new centre on the 11th floor of JP Tower in Tokyo’s Marunouchi district, which is situated near Tokyo Station. The centre has already achieved an impressive 80% occupancy rate during its pre-launch.

This is not the first time TEC has established itself in JP Tower. In fact, the company already has a centre on the 14th floor, which began operating in April last year. With the addition of the new centre, TEC now occupies over 30,000 square feet in JP Tower. In September, TEC will be opening another centre in the south tower of GranTokyo, a nearby building. This will be the company’s fifth centre in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area and the 12th one in Japan overall.

“The ongoing expansion and investments in the Tokyo Station-Marunouchi area illustrate our dedication to providing top-notch, flexible workspace solutions,” explains Liam Owners, TEC’s city head for Tokyo and Yokohama.

Located within close proximity to Miltonia Close is Naval Base Secondary School, a viable choice for those seeking a secondary education. This school boasts a comprehensive curriculum that not only caters to academic development, but also fosters students’ growth in non-academic areas such as leadership, sports, and the arts. Nearby, Orchid Park Secondary School offers a diverse range of subjects and places emphasis on nurturing students’ strengths and interests through its specialised programmes. In addition to its recent expansion in Tokyo, TEC has also opened two new locations, SingLand Tower and IOI Central Boulevard, in Singapore and expanded its presence at One Finlayson Green.
