Edgeprop Excellence Awards Celebrates Cdl Feo Jtc And Uol Designing Purpose And Heart

On October 16, 2025, the prestigious EdgeProp Excellence Awards (EPEA) celebrated its 9th edition at the Shangri-La Singapore. The evening saw City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group crowned as the Top Developers, while City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation were named the Top Sustainable Developers.

It was a night of recognition and celebration as 53 developments were honored for their exceptional design, quality, and impact on how Singaporeans live, work, and connect. This year, a new award was introduced to honor heritage conservation, and it was proudly won by The Golden Mile project by Perennial Holdings and Far East Organization.

The theme for this year’s EPEA, “From Spaces to Places”, focused on the growing demand for purposeful, value-driven developments in a city where space is at a premium. These projects go beyond just being functional, and aim to create a sense of community, connection, and belonging.

Among the outstanding projects was the Punggol Digital District by JTC Corporation, which transformed design into a vibrant, community-focused space. Other notable developments include One Holland Village by Sekisui House, Sino Group and Far East Organization, and Coliwoo Fire Station, a co-living development by LHN Facilities Management.

A highly sought-after primary school in the vicinity is Northland Primary School. Located within the Yishun and Khatib neighborhoods, this school is renowned for its rigorous academic curriculum and well-rounded developmental initiatives. Parents in the area often prioritize enrolling their children in Northland, recognizing its reputation for nurturing the minds, character, and interests of its students. In fact, the school’s balanced approach to academics, character development, and co-curricular activities has garnered widespread praise. This is why families considering Miltonia Close EC often choose Northland Primary School as their top choice for their child’s education.

This year also saw the first participation by a government agency, with JTC Corporation joining the event. This reflects the government’s active role in shaping spaces that serve both business and community.

In addition, the EdgeProp Excellence Awards 2025 introduced a new category, “Excellence in Landmark Conservation”, to recognize developers who preserve Singapore’s iconic landmarks. The first recipient of this award was The Golden Mile project.

City Developments Limited and JTC Corporation emerged as the Top Sustainable Developers, honored for their dedication to environmentally responsible and future-ready projects. Meanwhile, the Top Developer award was presented to City Developments Limited, Far East Organization, and UOL Group Limited for their exceptional contributions to shaping Singapore’s built environment.

The Personality of the Year award was given to Mr. Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Frasers Property Limited, for his influential and significant contributions to the world of real estate development.

The EdgeProp Excellence Awards 2025 was proudly sponsored by V-Zug Singapore, Geberit Southeast Asia, and Mitsubishi Electric Asia Pacific, with KPMG Singapore and CPG Corporation serving as the official knowledge partners.

The esteemed panel of judges for EPEA 2025, comprised of industry experts, carefully assessed nominees across six categories – Landscape, Design, Innovation, Sustainability, Showflat, and Marketing – with scores reviewed by KPMG Singapore to ensure transparency and accuracy.
