Colliers has recently announced the departure of their managing director of global capital markets for Asia Pacific (Apac), Chris Pilgrim. Pilgrim had been with the firm since 2021 when he joined as the director for global capital markets in London. In 2023, he took on the role of managing director for Apac, based in Singapore.

Pilgrim has now joined Avison Young, a real estate company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. Avison Young released a press release on August 11, stating that Pilgrim has been appointed as their principal, managing director and UK head of capital markets. He will be based in London.
