The remaining 22% of the units are made up of three-bedroom units, measuring between 915 sq ft and 1,076 sq ft, and are priced from $2.4 million ($2,623 psf).The last time a development recorded such high demand was in November 2019 with the launch of Emerald of Katong. Located in District 15, the 846-unit project saw a 4.3 times oversubscription, with 98.7% of the units sold on the launch weekend at an average price of $2,621 psf.A similar momentum was witnessed in February this year at ParkTown Residence, part of the integrated development ParkTown in Tampines North. With 2,367 cheques received by the developers for expressions of interest, the joint venture between UOL Group and CapitaLand Development managed to sell over 87% of the 1,193 units at an average price of $2,360 psf.In light of these past successes, the launch of Skye at Holland this weekend is highly anticipated.
