Located in District 15, the 846-unit project saw a 4.3 times oversubscription, with 98.7% of the units sold on the launch weekend at an average price of $2,621 psf.A similar momentum was witnessed in February this year at ParkTown Residence, part of the integrated development ParkTown in Tampines North.
