WWH, a Singaporean hotel group, has recently entered into a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for the conversion of their hotel in Novena. The current hotel, Value Hotel Thomson located at 592 Balestier Road, will be rebranded as Days Inn by Wyndham Singapore Novena.

The makeover process of the 362-unit hotel will commence in the second quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed by August the same year. The new hotel will feature a swimming pool, a pool deck, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, and an all-day dining restaurant.

WWH’s CEO and managing director, Carolyn Choo, highlights the target audience for the hotel, which includes medical tourists, as well as leisure and corporate travellers.

This new property joins Wyndham’s existing portfolio in Singapore, which includes the 591-room Wyndham Singapore Hotel and the 300-key Hotel Traveltine Downtown Singapore, operating under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham.
