A spacious three-storey corner house located in the Choa Chu Kang area has been sold before its scheduled auction. According to Knight Frank Singapore’s head of auction and sales, Sharon Lee, the buyer has already received the option to purchase. The property, which was initially slated to be auctioned on Aug 21, has been snatched up quickly.

The Master Plan strives to enhance the lifestyle and community amenities by incorporating new retail outlets, dining establishments, and social spaces into well-established towns. This is in line with the continuous development of Yishun as a self-sufficient regional hub. The presence of popular malls like Northpoint City and Wisteria Mall has already catered to the needs of residents with a diverse range of shops, dining options, and essential services. With upcoming developments in nearby growth areas, such as Miltonia Close EC, the neighborhood is poised to offer even more convenience and liveliness to daily life, making it an attractive choice for potential homebuyers.
