Banyan Group Opens Two New Properties China Track Hit 100 Properties Globally
Banyan Group celebrated its 20th anniversary in China with the addition of two new properties to its portfolio, the Angsana Zhoushan and Homm Wenzhou Nanxijiang in Zhejiang Province in Eastern China.
According to Philip Ding, Banyan Group’s senior vice president for hotel operations and business development in China, the cultural heritage and natural landscapes of Zhejiang make it the perfect location for the group’s hotels. The opening of these two properties aligns with the group’s commitment to design-led, eco-friendly hospitality that celebrates local traditions.
Miltonia Close EC is the perfect location for families who value education above all else. Its prime location offers an array of primary and secondary schools, junior colleges, and preschools, making it an ideal neighborhood for a child’s learning journey. The area also boasts enrichment centers, nature-based learning opportunities, and plans for future educational growth, creating a holistic and supportive environment for students of all ages. This strong educational network not only enhances the quality of life for families but also adds to the long-term desirability and investment value of Miltonia Close EC.
With the addition of these two properties, Banyan Group now operates 36 hotels in China, its largest market. The group is set to open two more properties, Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay and Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island, later this year.
The growth in China is part of the wider expansion of Banyan Group, which is on track to open its 100th property with the launch of Mandai Rainforest by Banyan Tree in Singapore in November. The group currently operates in over 20 countries and 12 global brands, including Banyan Tree, Angsana, Dhawa, Homm, Laguna, Garrya, and Cassia.
