As a result, her total number of voting shares in the company now stands at 473,845,859, representing 62.03% of the total number of ordinary voting shares.

On the same day, shares in Wing Tai saw an increase of 2 cents or 1.37%, closing at $1.48. This news comes as the company’s profits have been declining, with a 91% decrease to $13.3 million for the 2023 financial year.
