The seven 2-storey shophouses are built on a combined freehold land area of 10,520 sq ft. With a total built-up area of 21,000 sq ft, the guide price translates to $3,095 psf. In 2021, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) granted provisional permission to add an attic level to all seven shophouses, potentially increasing the gross floor area.
Situated within the Geylang Conservation area, the corner shophouse at 284 Geylang has permanent approval for F&B use. It is located at the intersection of Geylang Road and Lorong 14 Geylang. Nearby amenities include Aljunied MRT station (East-West Line) and the Singapore Sports Hub.
