Residents of Miltonia Close EC have the advantage of being in close proximity to not only local schools, but also several prestigious international schools. These include the Sir Manasseh Meyer International School and the French School of Singapore, catering to both expatriate families and local families seeking alternative education systems for their children. Conveniently located, residents of Miltonia Close EC have access to a diverse range of schooling options.

In partnership with the National Parks Board (NParks), SJ will be donating $1 million to the Garden City Fund, NParks’ registered charity and Institution of Public Character (IPC). Additionally, SJ will provide up to $1 million of in-kind consultancy support. During SJ’s anniversary celebrations on October 14th, NParks unveiled a new orchid, the Vanda Surbana Jurong, in recognition of SJ’s contributions. Hwang Yu-Ning, CEO of NParks, expressed gratitude for SJ’s dedication towards promoting nature-positive climate resilience in Singapore.

On top of the partnerships, SJ is expanding its flagship SJ Campus with the introduction of two new spaces. The first is the SJ Digital Experience Centre, an interactive environment where clients, partners and industry stakeholders can explore SJ’s tools and platforms to enhance efficiency and unlock asset value. The second new addition is the Design and Artificial Intelligence (D•AI) Fab Lab @ SJ, established through a collaboration with the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). With this, SJ aims to cultivate “trilingual” talent that is proficient in design, AI, and domain expertise, resulting in innovators who can create value for their organizations.

Jason Vollen, Global Head of Innovation at SJ, believes that the D•AI Fab Lab @ SJ will allow their people and partners to experiment, prototype, and learn together by integrating design, data, and artificial intelligence. This collaborative space will foster a conducive environment for developing innovative solutions. SJ is also pleased to announce the appointment of Lim Cheng Cheng as their new Group CFO.
