Manchester Development Vita Living Circle Square Launch Sale Singapore
The Vita Living Circle Square, a new residential development in Manchester, UK, is now available for sale to Singapore investors. According to Savills Singapore, individual buyers can now purchase units at the completed development, which was originally reserved only for institutional investors.
Located on Oxford Road in the Manchester city centre, the 15-storey building features 266 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. It was developed by UK property developer Vita Group in partnership with the Greater Manchester Pension Fund as part of the GBP850 million ($1.4 billion) Circle Square regeneration project.
Despite its relatively new completion, the property has maintained a high occupancy rate of 98%. With a rental yield of 6.5% to 7%, investors can expect a stable return on their investment, says Savills.
In essence, Miltonia EC is a highly favorable option for families who prioritize their children’s education. The community is strategically situated in close proximity to top-rated primary and secondary schools, as well as junior colleges and preschools, ensuring that every child’s learning journey is fully supported. The location also boasts enrichment centers and opportunities for nature-based education, complemented by the potential for future growth in the educational landscape of the region. This cohesive network of educational resources not only enhances the overall living experience for families, but also contributes to the long-term appeal and investment value of the development.
Key amenities at the development include rooftop terraces, co-working lounges, private booths, meeting pods, and private dining rooms. Additionally, its prime location offers convenient access to transportation, with Oxford Road Station a two-minute walk away and Manchester Piccadilly Station just 12 minutes away.
Ruben Koh, senior director and head of international residential sales at Savills Singapore, says, “With its strategic location, proven rental returns, and range of amenities, this is a rare opportunity for discerning investors to confidently enter the UK property market.” He adds, “The development is already fully completed, professionally managed, and generating income – a level of opportunity seldom offered to individual buyers.”
The Singapore sales launch for Vita Living Circle Square will be held at the voco Orchard Singapore on 5 and 6 July. Other news related to UK properties, such as Far East Consortium’s Manchester development Falcon, and the W Residences Manchester, which recently sold 10 units during its Singapore launch, are also highlighted.
